• If you are more than 10 minutes late, it may inconvenience other customers, so we will have to cancel your reservation for that day. To ensure an on-time departure, please arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure.
• Additionally, there is a possibility that tour buses from other travel companies may depart from the same location. Please be careful not to board the wrong bus.
• Details about the meeting point will be provided after you make a reservation.

Capacity and Minimum Group Size

For each schedule, the capacity is 25 people, and the minimum group size is 15 people. *The bus can accommodate up to 27 passengers in regular seating.

Tour cancellation by the host

• When it is considered safety cannot be ensured due to weather conditions etc.
• Any other circumstances the host considers appropriate to cansel the tour.
