You can try variety of dutch oven recipes, BBQ'ed sparibs, roasted beef, roasted whole chicken, paella (pilaf), stew, baked apple, baked potatoes etc.etc. When you make booking, please let the host know what menu/ingredients you wish to try and determine what to cook together with the host.
