EAT

Restaurant Kitamura

We really recommend the handmade soba noodles here, which are made with stone mill-ground Miyama buckwheat flour. This slightly sweet soba goes down easily and is a must-try when visiting here (quantities are limited and may sell out quickly). They also have an amazing tea selection, so please feel free to drop by. If you make a reservation in advance, you can even take part in a soba-making course here as well (groups of up to 20 people).
