This shop sells milk and gelato as well as cheeses and other delicious products made from Miyama milk. The cows are well cared for right here in Miyama and their health is the secret to the sweet taste of the milk. The gelato comes in ten different flavours that change seasonally, plus there are daily specials on flavours as well. They also sell amazing cream puffs and two types of pudding made using free-range eggs from the area too.
