Interior of cafe & shop is warm wooden structure of cedars grown in Miyama. Breeze from from surrounding mountains is natural air conditioner during summer and warmth radiant of wood burning stove make the entire room comfortable during winter. Our theme is "addictive-free." Ingredients of homemade sausages, bakon, ham and other products are meats (venison, chicken and pork) and vegetables are sourced from Miyama and its neighborhood area and no additives are added.
