This museum is located in a beautiful 150-year-old thatched house. The thatched house provides a superb backdrop to the art. The displays change around six times a year and vary from glass, carvings, pottery and paintings. Well worth a look, this art museum costs only 500 yen to enter; this fee also includes access to the folk museum next door which houses a variety of artifacts from the region.
